Accepted Methods of Payment
In-Store: In addition to cash, we accept all major Debit and Credit Cards such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and many others. We use SquareUp as our Point of Sales system for all in-store transactions. We do not accept checks.
Online: We use PayPal to process all of our online transactions. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will refund any paid amount to the credit card used for the purchase.
Shipping Policy
We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. All items are wrapped appropriately to prevent damage during shipment, sometimes including double boxing for delicate items.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
We strive to get the lowest available shipping rates for your orders. Rates are based on the weight of your order and your location. You will be shown the final shipping cost before you checkout and will have the opportunity to decline the order at that time if necessary.
Back Orders
Given that most of our online products are one-of-a-kind, we do not offer backorders. Typically, you will not be able to complete an order for products that are no longer available. On the off chance that your order does go through for an out-of-stock item, you will be notified within 24 hours (Monday - Saturday) and a full refund to your method of payment will be made at that time.

How To Return An Item
The item must be in its original condition to be returned and must be returned within 3 weeks of the purchase date.
1. Please email returns@realearthcreations.com for return authorization before sending your return. Be sure to include the reason for your return. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will promptly notify you with your return authorization and/or any other instructions.
2. Include a copy of your return authorization in the return package. We recommend that you package return merchandise in a similar fashion to how it was received, that you insure your package for the value of the merchandise, and that you request proof of delivery. We are not responsible for returns that arrive damaged or that are lost in transit.

Restocking Fee / No Refund on Shipping & Handling Charges
In lieu of a restocking fee, we do not refund the original shipping and handling charges nor the return
